1. General

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all services offered by the practice Andrea Klibor. Andrea Klibor is a practice that offers manual body therapy (Structural Integration Therapy – ATSI), Somatic Experiencing ®, and diagnostic tools for measuring the autonomic nervous system.

 

1.2

By using my services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

2. Services

 

2.1

I offer Structural Integration Therapy, Somatic Experiencing ®, and diagnostic tools for assessing the individual autonomic nervous system as described in the respective service offerings. Detailed descriptions can be found on the website andreaklibor.ch.

 

2.2

There is no guarantee of success for any therapy, as outcomes depend on individual factors.

 

 

3. Appointments

 

3.1

Appointments can be arranged by phone, email, or via the online booking system.

3.2

Agreed appointments are binding. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, within the practice’s working days (Monday to Friday). In the case of late cancellations, the full session fee will be charged.

 

 

4. Fees and Payment Terms

4.1

Fees for agreed services are due either immediately after the session or by the end of the month, depending on the client’s payment reliability. The choice of payment method is at the discretion of the therapist. All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF). Andrea Klibor reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices valid at the time of contract conclusion (signature of the consent form) as stated on the website andreaklibor.ch apply.

 

4.2

The amount of the fees is based on the current price list available on the website.

 

4.3

Payments are issued via QR invoice sent by email or, upon request, by post (plus CHF 2 administrative fee). Payment can also be made directly in the practice per therapy session via Twint (plus 5% of the session fee). You agree to pay the invoiced amount within 10 days from the invoice date. If payment is not made within this period, Andrea Klibor reserves the right to charge reminder fees or cancel further therapy sessions.

5. Confidentiality

 

5.1

Andrea Klibor is bound by confidentiality. All information exchanged during therapy is treated as strictly confidential.

 

5.2

Information will only be shared with third parties with your explicit written consent or in cases required by law.

6. Liability

​

6.1

Andrea Klibor is not liable for any damages resulting from non-compliance with her recommendations or instructions.

 

6.2

Use of the practice premises is at your own risk. Andrea Klibor cannot be held liable for negligent behavior. Liability for third parties is excluded. Insurance is the responsibility of the client. It is recommended to have personal liability and accident insurance. Andrea Klibor accepts no liability for the loss of valuables on the premises. Repeated or severe breaches of these T&C, violations of principles and values, or unacceptable behavior towards Andrea Klibor may result in refusal of further therapy sessions. In such cases, financial liability on my part is excluded.

 

6.3

For other damages occurring during therapy, Andrea Klibor is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

7. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law.

8. Changes

​

These Terms and Conditions may be amended by Andrea Klibor at any time. The version of the T&C in effect at the time of contract conclusion or the start of therapy applies to the client.

9. Final Provisions

​

9.1

If any individual provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

 

9.2

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich (registered office of the practice Andrea Klibor).
